Let the remodeling begin!

Anxious to get started, Matt dove right into it, starting with the cab. He spent the first part of the day painting the cab area black and laying indoor/outdoor carpet that we had left from redoing our front porch. He had just enough carpet to finish the area, but ran short on paint(mental note, get more paint).





Later in the afternoon, his brother Mark, came to check on the progress of the project, which lead to a 2 hour visit to the local Thomas Do It Center, and the purchase of all the material to start the ceiling and walls. (Mental note, crap I forgot the paint, I will get it later) Their sister Almeda, was summoned to help hold up the ceiling, and came willingly. By 9, after a long day, the ceiling was hung, and plans for the next step were hatched.
